Regarding solar photovoltaic products and technologies:
(1) Crystal silicon battery. Support the large-scale mass production of large-scale and double-sided, PERC, PERC+SE, MBB, and other PERC+high-efficiency battery technologies. Carry out research and industrialization of high-efficiency batteries and components such as TOPCon, HJT, IBC, and break through the large-scale production process of N-type batteries
(2) Thin film batteries. Coordinate the development of high-efficiency thin film battery technologies such as perovskite batteries (including perovskite/crystalline silicon stacked batteries), amorphous silicon/microcrystalline silicon/polycrystalline silicon thin film batteries, and compound thin film batteries. Develop BIPV components, automotive and marine components, outdoor products, and other products to expand application areas
(3) Photovoltaic materials and equipment. Develop high-purity, low-cost polycrystalline silicon materials and high-performance silicon wafers, improve the preparation process technology of large-sized monocrystalline silicon rods and chips, and enhance the high-end industrialization ability of key photovoltaic materials such as electronic paste, photovoltaic backboards, photovoltaic glass, packaging films, electronic chemicals, etc. Support the breakthrough of a complete set of efficient closed-loop silicon material production lines, and improve the level of reduction furnaces, single crystal furnaces, PECVDs, slicers, screen printing machines, photoelectric detection equipment, and other equipment.
(4) Intelligent components and inverters. Develop intelligent photovoltaic module products with functions such as optimizing and eliminating shadow occlusion power loss, mismatch loss, eliminating hot spots, intelligent control shutdown, intelligent light tracking, and real-time monitoring operation
(5) System and operation maintenance. Conduct research on unmanned intelligent power station operation and maintenance systems based on 5G, AI, machine vision, drones, etc., and develop products such as intelligent cleaning robots, intelligent inspection drones, and intelligent AI system platforms for photovoltaic power station systems. Promote the application of 1500V photovoltaic system technology
Regarding the new energy storage battery:
(1) Lithium ion batteries. Support the development of ultra long life and high safety energy storage lithium-ion batteries. Optimize design and manufacturing processes to enhance the full life cycle safety and economy of batteries from multiple dimensions such as materials, monomers, and systems. Promote the research and application of polymer lithium-ion batteries, all climate batteries, solid-state batteries, and fast charging batteries
(2) Lithium battery materials and equipment. Ensure the supply of high-performance lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, and precursor materials, and improve the performance of single crystal high nickel, lithium iron manganese phosphate, and other cathode materials. Improve the application level of negative electrode materials such as graphite and lithium composite negative electrodes. Accelerate the industrial application of high-purity carbonate solvents and high-purity lithium hexafluorophosphate solutes for electrolytes. Improve the performance of high breaking film and high adhesive functional membranes. Breakthrough in efficient equipment such as mixing, coating, winding, and slitting
(3) Sodium ion batteries. Focusing on low cost and high safety of batteries, strengthening research on positive and negative electrode materials such as hard carbon negative electrode materials, main materials such as electrolytes, and related auxiliary materials, developing efficient modular system integration technology, and accelerating breakthroughs and large-scale applications of sodium ion battery technology
(4) Liquid flow battery. Develop low-cost, high energy all vanadium flow batteries. Develop low-cost, non-toxic ferrochrome flow batteries to break through the bottlenecks that restrict large-scale applications such as energy efficiency, system reliability, and full cycle usage costs of flow batteries. Promote the industrialization of key components such as proton exchange membranes and electrode materials
(5) Hydrogen energy storage/fuel cell. Accelerate the research and development of efficient hydrogen production technology, promote the development of hydrogen storage materials, hydrogen storage containers, and onboard hydrogen storage systems. Breakthrough in key technologies of fuel cells such as stacks, bipolar plates, proton exchange membranes, catalysts, and membrane electrode materials. Support the development and application of integrated technologies for hydrogen production, storage, and combustion systems
(6) Super capacitors. Strengthen the research and development of high-performance systems, high-voltage electrolyte technology, low-cost separators, and activated carbon technology, and enhance the promotion and application of supercapacitors in fields such as short-term high-power output, frequency regulation and voltage stabilization, energy recovery, and high reliability power supply.
(7) Other new energy storage and products. Develop new environmentally friendly, long-lived, and low-cost lead-carbon batteries, and develop specialized porous carbon materials with high conductivity. Promote the plastic lead recombination of positive and negative electrode grids, reduce lead consumption, and improve battery specific energy. Develop new types of air batteries, strengthen basic research on metal negative electrode protection, dendrite suppression, selective transmission film, and battery structure design. Encourage the development of new water based batteries for large-scale energy storage. Promote the R&D and industrialization breakthrough of flywheel energy storage, compressed air, heat storage and other new energy storage equipment.
(8) Battery system integration, testing and evaluation, and recycling. Develop a safe and efficient energy storage integrated system, improve the level of refined management for cell attenuation and inconsistency, enhance the efficient temperature control technology of the energy storage system, and improve the performance, usable capacity, and system availability of the battery management system. Develop fully automated information production processes and equipment for batteries. Strengthen the development and application of multi-dimensional safety testing technology, thermal runaway safety warning technology, and evaluation system for energy storage batteries, and break through technologies such as safe and efficient battery recycling, dismantling, cascade utilization, and recycling.
(9) Intelligent warning and security of energy storage system. Develop intelligent safety warning technology based on multiple physical parameters such as sound, heat, force, electricity, and gas, as well as efficient and clean fire protection technology
Regarding key information technology products in energy electronics:
(1) Optoelectronic devices. Based on the demand for energy electronics, develop high-speed optical communication chips, high-speed high-precision photodetectors, high-speed direct and external modulation lasers, high-speed modulator chips, high-power lasers, digital signal processor chips for optical transmission, high-speed drivers, and cross impedance amplifier chips
(2) Power semiconductor devices. Developing IGBT devices and modules with high temperature resistance, high voltage resistance, low loss, and high reliability for new energy applications, targeting photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage systems, semiconductor lighting, etc. Advanced wide bandgap semiconductor materials such as SiC and GaN, as well as advanced topology and packaging technologies, as well as new power electronic devices and key technologies
(3) Sensitive components and sensing devices. Develop miniaturized, low-power, integrated, and highly sensitive sensitive sensitive components, high-end sensors with integrated multi-dimensional information collection capabilities, new MEMS sensors and intelligent sensors, and break through miniaturized and intelligent electroacoustic devices and image sensor devices.
(4) LED. Promote the research and development of high-quality, full spectrum LED chips and devices, and accelerate the improvement of chip, silver adhesive, epoxy resin and other performance. For non visual applications such as machine vision, plant growth, and ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization, it breaks through LED production processes, high luminous efficiency yellow LED chips, new efficient non visible light emitting materials and other technologies to support new lighting applications.
(5) Advanced computing and systems. Accelerate the promotion and application of cloud computing, quantum computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence and other technologies. Support the research of multi domain electronic and electrical architecture, break through the core technologies of high-end industrial software such as intelligent design and simulation tools, manufacturing IoT and services, and energy big data processing, and establish a sound energy electronic production and operation information system
(6) Data monitoring and operational analysis system. Promote the construction of an energy and electronics industry data platform, carry out automated collection of operational data such as platform infrastructure, operational services, and industrial support, develop platform operation monitoring and industry operation analysis models, and enhance data aggregation, analysis, and application capabilities
